Kelly Cohen, CPA - Tax Manager

Kelly Cohen is a Certified Public Accountant and Tax Manager for BOSS Advisors. Kelly holds an Accounting degree from California State University, where she graduated on the Deans List for academic performance.

Kelly joined BOSS Advisors in 2024 after working as a senior tax advisor for several prestigous accounting firms in California. Kelly advises some of our largest and most sophisticated business and high net worth indivdual clients on tax strategy and compliance. She prides herself on serving her clients by helping them understand tax planning at a practical level, allowing them to make decisions on an informed basis. Kelly is an eternal optimist and brings unlimited positivity to the team and to her clients. She is an educator at heart and regularly mentors our staff to help them improve their understanding and skills. 

Kelly was born in France and raised in San Diego, California, where currently resides with her husband and two fur babies. She is a coffee fanatic and enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach. Kelly has an identical twin sister who is also a CPA!
