Florencia Dascoli - Tax Associate

Florencia is a Tax Associate at BOSS Advisors, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She earned her Accounting degree from J. F. Kennedy University in Buenos Aires and began her U.S. tax career in 2018 at Ernst & Young. Since then, she has brought her expertise to several prestigious accounting firms in the U.S.

Outside of work, Flor enjoys spending time with her family (specially her dog/son Vito!), practicing yoga, discovering new music, and exploring diverse cuisines—she has a particular fondness for Peruvian dishes. She is also passionate about traveling and spending time in nature whenever she can.
